What ever Sweta said is true. Please visit his previous venture Bloomingdale in 1st main, 14b cross pai layout and enquire with the residents before buying from this cheater. He is master of cheaters among builders. Have collected money for so called amenities and not given even one. Even the maintenance was not handed over even after 5 years. Residents are living in pathetic stage with zero maintenance. He is collecting money for maintenance and using it for construction of illegal pent houses. Quality of construction is so poor that there are severe security concerns among the residents now in Bloomingdale. If you want to lose your money and happiness then buy from this builder.
